This Printable Book Requisition form should be used for the purchase of both print books and eBooks, and other material (excluding Journals) for UNIZULU Libraries. Purchases are made in accordance with the Library Acquisitions Policy.

Once completed, please email or print out your order form and send to your Information Librarian.

Once completed, submit to the library for approval.  For a login to use this option, please contact your information librarian.

Once these orders are received by the library, they will be processed and you will be notified by email to that effect.

When the item is received by the library and has been catalogued into the system, you will be notified through your email about its availability.

For your convenience, a list of Catalogues is available on the Library’s Webpage to help you find bibliographic details as well as book prices. Also on the Library web page there are links with E-resources which we subscribe to.  You can use these sites to browse for titles of interest, recommend titles or fill the Order Form then send it to your Information librarian.
